Neither the forecast for a winter disaster nor its eventual occurrence could have prevented the holding of the regular commercial meeting of the sales team, Kalina OOD.
The meeting was carried out through an analysis of the past year, the development of the company in the present – with a new product selection, с new product categories, and new distribution channels for our portfolio.
Targeting was one of the most interesting modules, where each Sales Representative had to place a target on its own territory and cascade it on clients.
Despite the difficult and tiring day, traders have found strength for the festive part to try delicious salads and dishes, garnished with quality olives and extra virgin olive oil. And drinks – we do not comment!
